Grand Avenue® Realty & Lending Inc. offers our own full service real estate division, escrow division, lending division, real estate technology division, fine estates division, transaction coordination division, short sale negotiation division, and construction partner divisions. We have also created Real Genius® Real Estate & Technologies and Paperless Network transaction management software to enhance both our agent and client experience.
